What is your return policy on non-Halloween items?
If you have your receipt — you can get a refund within 30 days of purchase. Without a receipt you can get store credit. Some products are a final sale: makeup, wigs, tiaras, lingerie and body jewelry.
What is your return policy on Halloween items?
During the Halloween season our return policy changes as the big day (Oct 31st) approaches. There are no returns on Halloween merchandise after October 16th.
Can I have something shipped to me?

Can I go upstairs to Evangeline's Costume Mansion and look around?
Our costume merchandise is available year-round! Just ask one of our fiendish staff and they will either bring what you need downstairs or escort you upstairs. The Mansion officially opens for those who just wish to leisurely browse around every year on August 1st and stays open through October 31st.
Do I have to get myself pierced to work at Evangeline's?
No.
How about tattoos?
A must.

Come in and ask for an application. We hire mostly in the spring and fall.

Are those mini-coins you sell “real?”
They are real in that they are not imaginary, but they are not actually life-sized coins that are magically shrunk. They are simply made small. Oh, and by the way, Spanish Fly is not really an aphrodisiac, but you can still try it out ($2.99 for 1 oz).
